1. By taking part you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are entitled to give them.
2. Co-operative Bank (the Bank) collects your full name, nickname, phone number, email address (if provided), referral code, the savings goals you set and your game activity.
3. The Bank may keep and use this information to run the game and leaderboard, to manage the promotion, to analyse and improve its products and services, and to contact you.
4. A Bank representative may contact you by phone, SMS or email to help you plan for your savings goal and to tell you about Bank products and services.
5. Your nickname and game results may be shown to other players on the leaderboard.
6. Your information is kept for as long as it is needed for these purposes or as the law requires. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers acting for the Bank and with authorities where the law requires.
7. You may ask the Bank to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
8. Amounts shown in the game are for illustration only. They are not real savings and are not an offer of credit.
9. The Bank may change or end the promotion at any time.
